Exchange Policy – 7 Days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Exchange Conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, perfume, or makeup marks.
• Exchanges apply to size or color changes, or replacing the product with another item of equal value.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Leggings
• Shorts
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
